• Mobile phone number— used to verify your identity (two-factor authentication and recovery) and, if you opt in, to send text notifications.
• Account & usage information— your membership status, the reminders and requests you make, and messages you exchange with the Service.
• Opt-in records— the date, time, and consent text shown when you turn on text notifications.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide the Service: to review and manage your membership, verify your identity, deliver the reminders and information you request, respond to your messages, and send account updates by email or (if you opt in) by text. We do not sell your information, and we do not use your messages to train models.

3. Data Storage & Security

Account information is stored in a secured database. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes and are never stored in plain text. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use a single secure, HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Age Requirements

The Service is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing the address below. You can turn off text notifications from your account settings or by replying STOP to any message.

7. Sharing Your Information

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to third parties, except for:

• SMS delivery through Twilio— only the phone number and message body required to deliver the text.
• Email delivery through SendGrid— only the email address and message content required to deliver the email.
• Legal requirements— where disclosure is required by law.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories above exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

8. SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide a mobile phone number and explicitly opt in to text notifications, Rodney WP sends concierge reminders, requested information, replies to your messages, and account updates tied to your account. Opt-in is optional and never required to apply, create an account, or use the Service. You can verify a phone number for account recovery or two-factor authentication without consenting to text notifications. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Opt out anytime by replying STOP; reply HELPfor help. SMS messages are not end-to-end encrypted — please do not send sensitive personal data by text.
