Rodney WP (“we”, “us”), operated by Rodney Pangilinan as a sole proprietor, runs a personal SMS-first AI assistant. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information we collect

• Mobile phone number— used to send and receive SMS messages with you.
• Message contents— the SMS conversations you have with the service.
• Opt-in records— date, time, IP address, and consent text shown when you signed up.

How we use your information

We use your information solely to deliver the service you signed up for: receiving your messages, generating responses, and sending replies via SMS or email.

Your message contents are processed by AI language models in order to generate replies. Messages are not used to train models, and we do not sell or share message contents.

Mobile information & SMS consent

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

SMS messages are not end-to-end encrypted; carriers and Twilio (our messaging provider) can technically access message content in transit. Do not send passwords, financial details, or other sensitive personal data via SMS.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or STOP to unsubscribe at any time.

Data retention

We retain your phone number and opt-in record for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by texting STOP or emailing the address below.
