Text notifications
Get concierge reminders and replies by text — on your terms.
How to sign up
Text notifications are tied to your Rodney WP account, so we only text members who have a relationship with us — reminders, requested information, and account updates. To opt in, sign in to your account, then go to Account → Text notifications and tap Turn on. You’ll review the consent disclosure and confirm. Opt-in is never on by default and is never required to apply for or use the service.
Consent disclosure
When you turn on text notifications, you’ll see this exact disclosure next to a consent checkbox that is unchecked by default. You must check it to continue.
Rodney WP text notifications: If you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Rodney WP at the mobile number on your account — including concierge reminders, schedule nudges, information you request, and account updates.
Message frequency varies (typically one to four messages per week, based on your activity). Message and data rates may apply. Rodney WP does not charge a fee for SMS. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. You can also turn text notifications off in your account settings whenever you like.
Opting in to text notifications is optional — it is not required to apply, sign in, verify a phone number, or use the service, and it is not a condition of any purchase. No mobile information will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. Opt out anytime: reply STOPto any text and you’ll receive no further SMS from us. Reply START to resubscribe. You can also turn text notifications off from Account → Text notifications at any time.
