1. Acceptance
By using Rodney WP (the “Service” or “Program”), operated by Rodney Pangilinan as a sole proprietor, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Rodney WP is a personal SMS-first AI assistant program. You can text the assistant questions or tasks and receive AI-generated replies via SMS or email. The Service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind.
3. SMS messaging
By providing your mobile number and confirming the consent checkbox on the opt-in page, you authorize us to send SMS messages to that number from the Rodney WP program. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the assistant. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or STOP to opt out at any time. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes, or to send messages that violate carrier policies or applicable law.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice. You may terminate by texting STOP to the assistant.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rodney WP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
