1. The Service

Rodney WP is a personal concierge service that helps members with reminders, schedule nudges, requested information, and account updates. The Service is personal and assistive in nature; it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not a medical, legal, financial, or emergency service, and nothing we provide should be relied on as professional advice or used in an emergency.

2. Eligibility & Acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the owner of the email address and mobile number you submit.

3. Accounts & Approval

Membership is by application and approval. When you apply, you create an account with your name, email, password, and mobile number. New accounts begin in a pending state and have no member access until they are reviewed and approved by us. We may approve, decline, or revoke membership at our discretion. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account.

4. Phone Verification & Security

We verify your mobile number with a one-time code for account security (two-factor authentication and account recovery). You may optionally enable two-factor authentication, which requires a one-time SMS code at sign in. Verifying a phone number is separate from SMS notification consent— see Section 8.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, abusive, harassing, or harmful purposes, to request unlawful tasks, or to send messages that violate carrier policies or applicable law. We may refuse or limit any request at our discretion.

6. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to anyone at any time, with or without notice, including for violations of these terms or conduct we consider abusive or inappropriate.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. SMS messages are not end-to-end encrypted; carriers and our messaging provider can technically access message content in transit. Please do not send passwords, financial details, or other sensitive personal data by text.

8. SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide a mobile phone number and turn on the optional text notifications, Rodney WP sends SMS text messages tied to your account: concierge reminders, schedule nudges, requested information, replies to messages you send, and account or service updates.

• Consent is optional and never required to apply, create an account, verify a phone number, or use the Service. You can verify a phone number for two-factor authentication or account recovery without agreeing to receive these texts.
• Message frequency varies, typically one to four messages per week based on your activity.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and mobile plan. Rodney WP does not charge a fee for SMS.
• Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by turning text notifications off in Account → Text notifications. Reply HELP for help.
• No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rodney WP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed reminders or delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
